We know how hard it can be to get your kids to do something other than watching Paw Patrol. To help you out, we've got 4 easy steps to help keep Sundays holy and celebrate church at home the best you can.
We are so grateful to be part of your family, and we are committed to helping you and your kids stay connected to your church. If we can help in any way, DM us on Facebook or Instagram. We are live streaming Mass every weekend to Facebook and YouTube. You can also join us in-person as we safely return to in-person Masses!
Sunday Morning Kids' programs are back at St Anne 9:30am, St-Jérôme 10:30am (en français) and Good Shepherd 11:15am.
Stay tuned to social media for updates on Kids' programs at St Simon and St Jude Parish.
Praying with your kids can be a bit awkward. After all, sometimes our kids can be unpredictable and a bit crazy (am I right?)... but seeing their parents pray is a great way for them to understand the importance of prayer. Before you move to the video, pray together with a simple prayer, like:
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Hey Jesus!
We know that You are the way, the truth, and the life. We can always
count on You to help us know what’s true. Please protect our minds from lies. Help us catch untrue thoughts that pop in our minds and think about things that You say are true!
We love You.
Amen!In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
We are so happy you took time for faith this Sunday. Now, print out these sheets, and hopefully enjoy some quiet time as your kids colour (one can hope!).
If you enjoyed these resources, or if we can do anything to help your family, please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram. We are praying for your family.
Taking kids to church is hard, so drop them off before Mass and our amazing team will take care of them.
Just pick them after, please!☺
